What Causes Chest Pain While Eating, Vomiting Every Morning And Intermittent Back Pain?

My daughter, is having odd symptons. Pain when she eats, but not in her throat, more in her chest. She often throws up in the morning, only once, not again during the day. She has been having some lower back pain on and off with it. Has had her appendix, gall bladder checked. Blood work done and nothing came back. She takes the pill and is not pregnant.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chest pain while eating, vomiting every morning and intermittent back pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptom you mention in query like food allergy , acid reflux or problem related with heart like angina . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order endoscopy of esophagus , X-ray of upper digestive track and ambulatory acidity test . Doctor may prescribe H2 blockers , proton pump inhibitor along with antacid . Doctor may also refer you to allergy specialist or cardiologist if he/she find problem to be related with food allergy like sea food and nuts or problem like angina . For now avoid eating spicy food and also avoid sea food and nuts .
