What Causes Chest Pain While Inhaling Deeply Or Yawning?

I have some pain while inhaling deeply or yawning. It isn t noticeable unless I take a really deep breath or yawn. About an hour and a half ago I twisted I was just getting off the couch in my living room and twisted a certain way. I felt a pain on the right side of my chest. It went away quickly. I later yawned and had the same pain. Thinking it might be muscular. Doesn t hurt when sitting down and relaxing. Just when I inhale deeply. No pain when exhaling.

Hello,

Pain on inhaling or exhaling is generally muscular and doesn’t need any treatment. Although, if it is bothering you too much then you can take OTC NSAIDs.
