hi sir/mam,chest pain is probably not due to drug interactions.if the thyroid home is over replaced or is given in high amounts than required, is,it can precipitate angina pectoris leading to chest pain.so once go for your thyroid profile test.with the report,we'll come to know if the dosage of thyroxine is to be adjusted.hope I have given you a satisfactory explanation.any other doubts, please don't hesitate to write.i'l do my best to help you.thank you.take care.bye.
