What Causes Chest Pain While On Klonopin And Lexapro?
Hello, today I took 60 mg of Latuda, 1 mg of klonopin and will take another 1 mg in the evening, and 5 mg of lexapro. I was taking 10 mg of abilify but switched to latuda today. It said on drugs.com that these medications can increase the toxicity and effects of each other. And it also said lexapro can prolong the qt interval and can cause sudden death when combined with Latuda. I took 10 mg of lexapro before but had chest pain so my doctor reduced the dosage to 5 mg. I am having some sweating so do you think I m at risk of sudden death or other heart problems because of these medications?

The dose of Escitalopram you are currently taking is a very low dose.
This will not cause any cardiac effects.
You are on Latuda, which is also not a high dose.
Stop worrying for that.
The sweating is most likely due to anxiety and not due to cardiac issue.
