General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The commonest cause of chest pain while suffering from asthma is the muscular strain one get as the secondary muscle of respiration work on continuously and hence the pain in the chest.
Secondly there can be costochondritis.
Noted your history of being sick for a few days, coughing, sneezing, itchy watery eyes, wheezing and have asthma.
Also noted your high heart rate, chest pain and age and weight.
The reason for the high heart rate is heart's response to the problems you have mentioned.
For the chest pain it is always better to get one EKG as you have chest pain and an X-ray of the chest.
Clinical evaluation by a Doctor will help you to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
