What Causes Chest Pain While Suffering From Bronchitis?

I was dignosed with bronchitis the beigging on November, I started to feel better wth medication my dr precrisbed. I was well for 3 weeks, until this past Friday. I started to feel even more ill then I was to begin with. Sunday night I was admitted to the hospital for chest pains. I had a heart rate that was fluctuating between 65 to 170bpm and my blood pressure was high(not exactly how high). EKG, Echo, chest Xray blood work was all done. Echo showed some fluid around my heart due to being sick, but drs said my heart itself was fine. I was discharged 27 hours after being monitored was told bed rest and no work for a week. 3 days later with steroids and antibiotics the chest pain is much worse where it is now leading into my left lung. sitting in an upright position, laying down nothing is helping. i feel my chest pounding away as i am trying to catch my breath from just sitting on the couch. i went back for a follow up with my primary dr and she said the same thing as the dr i saw at the hospital. i know my body, and something doesn t seem right. should i go back to the hospital or dr? or should i just wait it out and hoe for the best
