General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. you should be worried but not too much.

As per your history you seems to be be suffering from Angina.

i would suggest you to undergo some tests for your heart functions like 12 lead ECG, 2-D Echocardiography, TMT, lipid profile, thyroid profile and angiography to diagnose the exact pathology.

Till then i will suggest you for some life style modifications like yoga and light aerobics exercise till you can tolerate.

i will also suggest you to take fat free diet and cut down in processed food.

I hope you are not suffering from diabetes and hypertension.

Revert me back with your reports.

Please don't hesitate to ask if there is anymore query, i will be glad to answer you.

Thanks & Regards
Dr. Shiv
