What Causes Chest Pain With A Kidney Cyst And Dilated Tube?

I have had a chronic chest pain for the last week now, it comes and goes throughout the day and will usually last over an hour. It gets so bad, I literally struggle to move, I have a cyst on my Kidney along with a dialated Kidney tube but I don t see how this would link in with my pain, should I go to the ER?

HI
Well come to HCM
The chest pain may not be due to the kidney disease but this could be due to stress, hyperacidity and these need to be treated first and for this best option would be Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, hope this information helps.
