What Causes Chest Pain With Difficulty In Swallowing?
I am 35yrs weighing 110kgs 5'. talking levothyroxin and puracal and prenidisone, still experiencing chest-pain,severe fatigue, heaviness of the neck, lower back pain, difficulties in swallowing and talking.what is the problem?it is one year after thyrodectomy,
I have gone carefully through your concern. One year after thyroidectomy, the hormonal level should be under control with Levothyroxine. Anyway, if you didn't check the lately (less than 3 months), I would recommend to check them (TSH, FT4 and FT3) and adjust the dose of levothyroxine properly.
An insufficient dose may be manifested with the above mentioned symptoms. Could you please inform further, what is the reason you take Prednisone? Do you have other pathologies ?
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards, Dr. Mirjeta
