What Causes Chest Pain With Heaviness And Spasms In Neck And Jaw?

I have been experiencing chest pain and pressure/heaviness for the past 2 days as well as what feel like spasms in my neck and jaw. I have a bad headache and am extremely tired. I recently went to urgent care, but they sent me home because they could not figure out what was wrong.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should get done
1. ECG
2. 2d echo
To rule out cardiac cause first.
If both are normal, then no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
Spasm itself can cause chest tightness and pain.
So take painkiller and muscle relaxant.
Avoid heavy weight lifting. Avoid strenuous exercise. Avoid movements causing pain.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
