Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that your symptoms could be related to anxiety.

Anyway, before coming to this conclusion, I would recommend performing some tests:
- a resting ECG
- chest X-ray study
- complete blood count, PCR, ESR.

An exercise cardiac stress test may be needed.

In the meantime, I would recommend taking Omeprazole in order to help against acid reflux.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
