What Causes Chest Pain With Shortness Of Breath While Walking?

Chest pain/discomfort, seem to be short of breath while walking (not normal), feel bloated, when I drink a glass of water I feel tightness in my chest, headache in the back of my head to the back of the left eye at times. Only recently has this been happening, since Tuesday.

From the presentation patient might be suffering from angina? hypertension. ECG should be done to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment is betablockers plus ramipril.tab nitroglycerin sublingual SOS.Tab Ecosprin75 OD.tab sorbitate 5mg tds . blood sugar &lipid profile should be checked.
