What Causes Chest Pain With Throat Soreness On Swallowing?

Hi, i experienced for the first time yesterday chest pains in the middle of my chest. it lasted for a about 12 hours, when i woke up this morning it was gone. the pain was in the middle of my chest and towards the end, i could feel my throat getting sore when i swallowed. Is this something serious?

Hi

This could be heart burn associated with regurgitation. Try Dimethicone containing syrups along with Pantaprazole tablets for 2 weeks. If pain persists contact Cardiologist for safer reasons.
