What Causes Chest Pain?

Hi I m a 30 year old married lady. Since January 2017 I have chest pain. I went to a doctor he is heart doctor in Shahjahanpur. After taking the medicine my chest pain stop but some time it happened. And last one month chest pain is continued slowly. Doctor says I have no any heart problem. But I m confused that if I have no any heart problem than why my chest is paining slowly slowly from heart side. So pls tell me what should I do.

Hi,

You can go for an ECG to rule out a cardiac problem like angina. If ECG is normal, then it may be due to gastritis or acid reflux. As of now, you can take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
