What Causes Chest Pain?

i recently went to my doctor, I had chest pain sorta in the center left side. I had taken a extra aerobic class and we believed it to be a pulled muscle. He did do a ekg, and it was okay, but I still have a dull soreness and sometimes my stomach throbs. It it normal with a pulled chest muscle, its been a few weeks?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Costochondritis.Pain while palpation on rib area is characteristic for this. For such condition in my patients i treat with anti inflammatory gels like nimusulide or diclofenac for local application.I also give oral tablet of same if pain is more.If there is no improvement then i advise local injection of corticosteroids or anesthetic.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
