What Causes Chest Pain?

had a sudden onset of chest pain and now unable to open jaw. the jaw is locked and the left side of face and left arm is unable to move or even sense much- left leg can feel sensations if you touch although unable to lift with very little movement. CT scan of brain showed no abnormalities.. what may this be??
