What Causes Chest Pain?

Im 18 years old, I weight 318 pounds im 5.9, and Im not really alergic to anything and except from being over my normal weight of 220, Im quite healthy. I Have never had any type of chest pains, this just came out of no where after sex. After I had sex i had went to the washroom to urinate and as soon as I sat down I began to feel a slight jabbing feeling in my left chest area, this pain continued although it was not severe because it only hurt when I took a breath. I tried everything to make it go away, it was uncomfortable. Ive never had this happen to me, recently Ive lost a bit of weight and I think its due to the way I have been eating. Im usually so busy during the day with meetings and such, I only usually have time to consume a minimum of 1500 calories a day but its usually all at one serving. Could i have any case of malnutrition or lack of potassium in my muslces which is causing the pain? I dont know whats up Wondering what you think...

Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need to take care of your self and your diet for better health however the pain does not looks to be associated with your diet. This is more likely to be a muscular pain which I hope will go away in few days .also do some massage. However in would like you get an X-ray done to rule out any chest problem which is less likely but still possible. Once that is normal I think u can be more assured.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
