What Causes Chest Pain?

I have chest pain in center of chest,I have taken two nitro w/o releif. I took a breathing tx, as I have asmata. Pain hasn t changed. I have afib and one stent. I take sotalol 80mg, plavix 75mg, lasix 40mg, also xanax 0.5 mg. I also took asprin 365 mg.

You have chest pain located in central region . There are many causes of it .It may be because of GERD or gastritis may be because of costochondritis or may be because of ischemic heart disease . As you have so many risk factors for ischemic heart disease and you are taking treatment for the same we have to keep cardiac cause as first possibility. At this time you need complete evaluation and ecg .don't take nitrates like this as it can decrease your blood pressure . If pain is not relieving after 2 nitrates then you should go to emergency department for proper evaluation and management without wasting any time.hope this will help.
