What Causes Chest Pain,dizziness And Blurred Vision?

My 13 year old son, who has no health problems, has been complaining for a while that sometimes when he stands up from a sitting or laying positon he will become light headed and have blurred vision. Also not sure if this is related and its kind of weird but one time when we were out for a walk my son suddenly grabbed his chest and said his heart hurt. So started to walk over to a grass area ti sit down but after walking a few feet he said the pain stopped and he was ok. I did notice that this happened just as we were passing one of those tall, white electrical boxes that sit along side the road. I didn t say anything and on the way back he again had chest pain as we past the box. ????? Should I be worried.
