What Causes Chest Pain,heart Palpitations And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I ve been having ongoing chest pain. After visiting the emergency room, they told me my ekg was fine and blood work was perfect. There was no obvious causes so they sent me home and told me to contact my primary care provider. There is a very long wait to see my primary Doctor. I ve been currently experiencing symptoms of heart palpitations and chest pain. I have several large swollen lymph nodes, that never go away, in my neck. They are mostly under my jaw, one large one that appeared a month ago, it is to the left of my voice box. I have a pea sized one on the right side of my neck that appeared last week. I am now experiencing swelling in my right foot and ankle. I often have a slightly sore throat that a drink will often cure.
