What Causes Chest Pains And Nausea?
I am having chest pains and a little nausea at various times through the day. These began last Tuesday night, when I had intense chest pain for several hours. My husband is an EMT and checked my vitals, all normal then. Eventually they went away. But still having the above symptoms during the day. I am well enough to do everything as usual, just am having pains sometimes.

with normal EMT and vitals chest pain may due to acidity or muscular in origin
so...take antacid for 5-7 days and see for any improvement..
if not ECG must done to rule out any heart related cause.
