What Causes Chest Pains?

I am a 28 yo female and started having these symptoms after the start of my first period at age 15. About 2 weeks prior to each period and for a few days after, i have pain in my chest, that feels like it is behind my heart only when I lay on my back or am reclined. It hurts when I take a deep breath in and is resolved if I turn and lay on my stomach. I have mentioned this to a few doctors but none seem to have an explanation. I would like to know if this is anything to be concerned about.

The exact duration that you mention two weeks before your periods assuming that your periods is regular is the time when your ovulation occurs.. it though causes pain usually localised to the lower back sometimes it may be referred to the upper abdomen and chest less likely.. nothing to worry about of its not causing severe distress..
