What Causes Chest Pressure, Dizziness And Sharp Pains In Left Upper Shoulder?

I have been to the dr they don t seem to worrid but I have been getting this feeling in my chest like something is stuck and pressure like I was under water to long and dizziness and faintn but just for a second then sharp pains in my upper left shoulder

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Your all symptoms are suggestive of cardiac cause. So we need to rule out this first.
So get done ECG and 2 D Echo to rule out cardiac cause.
If both are normal than we need to rule out pleurisy(inflammation of pleura) as shoulder pain , breathlessness and chest tightness can be seen in pleurisy.
So get done chest x ray to rule out this.
If this is also normal than no need to worry. Your symptoms are most probably due to anxiety. So better to avoid stress and tension. Keep calm and be relax.
