What Causes Chest Pressure?
I had an episode of heat exhaustion that included the typically listed symptoms except for one. I had substernal heavy chest pressure. EKG and blood tests ruled out cardiac changes. What caused the chest pressure? I am 58 yrs old, 5'3", 155 lbs, on Cozaar, and otherwise healthy.

acid peptic disorders
ulcers in stomach
oesophageal spasm
heart burn
increased anxiety levels
musculoskeletal spasm
as you have got a cardiac clearance it maens pain is not catdiac in natute
head exhaustion causes electrolyte disbalance and dehydration, get your electrolytes checked and keep yourself rehydrated
