General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, greetings! Thanks for the query. You seem to having symptoms of asthma. Asthma is basically an allergic reaction in the respiratory system owing to external factors such as dust, pollen, pet hair, etc. It has a seasonal variation and is more in the winters. Acute attacks of asthma like the ones you have described need to be treated with drugs that open up your airways i.e., bronchodilators and probably a dose of inhaled steroids. Consult with a local general physician about the best drug regime he can put u on.
