What Causes Chest Tightness And Difficulty To Breath?
Hello Doc, I am 37 year old woman. I had tightness in chest and difficulty to take deep breath since yesterday. I took Pepcid thinking that its acidity/heartburn/gas. some tightness in chest and some breathing difficulty is still there. Please let me know what this could be.

This is possible hiatal hernia and you should do gastroscopy to rule it out. Also,it may be related to certain lung diseases so chest xray should be done as well.
