What Causes Chest Tightness And High Heart Beats?
im 25 years old and I just had a really wierd spell... my chest is tight like someone is sitting on me, I got really faint, and my heart rate sky rocketed through the roof... I took my bp and Im at 160 over 107!?!? what should I do.. Im not over weight i have a pretty good diet, but have a lot of stress in my life... Im soo scared! please help

Chest tightness along with elevated blood pressure point towards panic/anxiety attack in your case.
Stress in your age can precipitate at times in the form of cardiovascular disturbances.
All you currently require is an excellent stress management..
Drugs particularly anxiolytics like lorazepam,and beta blockers like propanalol can reduce the stress and blood pressure.
