What Causes Chest Tightness And Mild Dizziness While Climbing Stairs?

A few days ago while climbing some stairs I had a short episode of tightness in my chest and a slight dizzy feeling. I am a 73 year old male with no prior heart related health problems. This problem lasted no more than one or two more minutes. When recently taken my BP was 120 over 80
