What Causes Chest Tightness And Vomiting Along With Gastritis?

Yesterday and today, late afternoon, I ve had extreme tightness just under my chest, down into my stomach. I ve passed a little gas, had a small bowel movement both days; today I vomited. I also feel a little dizzy. Yesterday morning I had cataract surgery. What s happening? Should I go to the emergency room?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastritis and gastroesophageal reflux(GERD). Taking antacids and proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole(nexium) will be helpful.
