What Causes Chest Tightness, Breathlessness And Tingling Sensation In Left Hand?

when walking in cold or damp air I feel my throat beginning to close , i can,t breath and I have tightness in my chest also I have tingling in the palm of my left hand, have had an Ecg which was normal and blood test which was normal. I just suddenly developed these symptoms in January this year, I have had a chest x-Ray and that was clear.

I think you need to do a spyrometry because it can be related to asthma. You should visit an allergist and a pneumologist.
