What Causes Chest Tightness, Burning Under Shoulder Blade And Facial Spasms?
Im a 30 year old female. I have no health issues besides migraines. Lately (2weeks) I have been having tightness/pressure in my chest under my left breastbone. Sometimes I have a burnung sensation under my shoulderblade of the same side. I get spasms in my face and a tight pulling sensation on the right side of my neck. I went to er and followed up with my pcp. They did bloodwork and an ekg. Both showed nothing. They told me to take and aleve. What could it be?

According to the history, it seems muscular pain could be due to spasm and such muscular condition mostly occurs due to the extreme tense mental condition and also makes the muscles stiffs, in my opinion this condition can be treated with Tab Chlorzoxazone and Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, this would come around soon, hope this helps.
