What Causes Chest Tightness, Headache And Calf Swelling?

I ve had chest tightness, headache, right calf swelling and crampy, pins and needles feeling that come and go anywhere from feet to hands to back. Been to the doc , he said I ve got anxiety. But was iffy about the leg. Had blood work, EKG, chest X-ray, and ultrasound of leg. No blood clot. What s causing this?

I really appreciate your concern, most of the time such symptoms could be due to functional element and this might be associated with hyperacidity and this can be best treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
