General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, various possibilities have to be figured out in this case of chest tightness, inability to breath and weakness involving legs as

- deficiency of vitamins as B 12, folate and others
- over weight induced changes in metabolism
- chronic respiratory acidosis with retention of CO2
- low hemoglobin
- undiagnosed cardiac failure, lung problems

However, kindly provide me all details of reports available with you for further correspondence and guide accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
