What Causes Chest Tightness, Numbness In Arm Considering Having WPW Syndrome Previously?

hi... i had wpw syndrome until i was 25 until i had an ablation... i am now 29 and everything was fine til about a month ago now i have tightness in my chest and it feels like someone is squeezing my heart and my arm goes numb. what could be causing this

Hi welcome to HCM.
Chest squeezing in your case warrants further work up in the form of 2d echocardiography of heart.Drugs like nitrates and beta blockers can control the symptoms arising out of wpw sundrome.electrophysiological studies can help to revise the ablation procedure.consult your cardiologist for further queries.
