What Causes Chest Tightness, Sore Throat, Cough And Breathlessness?

I have been having a tightness in the right side of my chest for a little while and occasionally have h/a and sore throat. I have a non-productive cough and shortness of air. Seen my family physician a couple weeks ago and his dx was just inflammation in chest wall prescribed steroids and anti inflammatory and he ordered a chest x-ray that he sd was good but i saw a questionable spot on the right side of the x-ray but he did not seem concerned about it. The medication he prescribed did not help and the SOA and tightness have gotten worse. I work in healthcare facility in registration and thought some of the symptoms were a lot alike thought maybe this would get better with with time but it has not.. Any suggestions?

Okay, first of all. there is no harm in taking a second opinion. There may be some localised infection going on in the chest which is causing such infections. You need to take a course of antibiotics and repeat chest X-ray. take Tab augmentin(1gm) twice daily. and cough syrup
