What Causes Chill, headache And Breathing Problem?

My son is in Thailand right now. He e-mailed me and told me that he is experiencing a headache, similar to a migraine. He took tylenol and it helped just a little. In the middle of the night he woke up breathing heavy and with chills....almost like a fever. He didn t take his temperature. He woke up the next morning with a headache still...not as bad as the day before. I told him he should find a doctor because he eats street food all the time, maybe it could be a parasite. I was concerned about the chills and breathing heavy. INfection?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your son, looking to his history given here I would like to say that it might be sinusitis and in my opinion this need to be ruled out and meanwhile he may keep continue the symptomatic medicine, it would be better to get the routine blood test, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
