What Causes Chills Along With Fever And Dizziness?

I went on an airplane trip, came home on Saturday. Got sick on Wednesday with chills fever, body aches.and dizziness. I still don t feel right, headache, dizzy and today both of my hands are hurting? I get a flu shot every year.? Do I need to go to my Doctor tomorrow.? Last time I got sick with flue I was coming back from Hong Kong, and my doctor gave me tamiflu

Dear sir
Went through your history and it seems you have some kind of infection possibly viral you need some blood work like CBC and consult a doctor for proper Clinical examination to find out reason for your illness and yes flu shots don't have 100%protection for flu.
