What Causes Chills Along With Night Sweats And Muscle Ache?

I have had a constellation of symptoms for about 6 days: the most prevalent is chills and night sweats. I also had head and muscle aches for the first two. My urine is close to orange. I have very little appetite. No intestinal or cold-like symptoms. Exhaustion. Things have slowly been getting better. The question is should I go to a doctor or just let it run its course.
