Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chills along with vomiting and loss of appetite. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , anxiety disorder , diabetic ketoacidosis , food poisoning or viral infection . I would suggest you to eat light and non spicy , take small and frequent meals , keep yourself hydrated and take paracetamol . Consult gastroenterologist for proper examination if condition doesn't get well . Doctor may order stool test , endoscopy along with ultrasound . Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , antiemetic drug , anti bacterial or anti viral depending upon the diagnosis . Doctor may also suggest you to to take probiotics food like yogurt in your diet .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
