What Causes Chills And Agitation While On Hydrocodone And Zoloft?

I had a knee replacement one month ago. I am taking hydrocodone for pain. Now one at night and one before bedtime. I also take Zoloft and Celebrex. My question is now I am having chills then sweats along with agitated feelings and weeping spells. Not sure what is wrong.
