What Causes Chills And Feverish Feelings Post Hysterectomy?

Hello, i hadf a hysterectomy back in December of last year, and today I have had feeling faint spells, chillls and feeling like I have a fever, but I don t. It s been hitting me in waves for a couple of hours now. I don t have any health problems, I have contacted a doc on call biut she didn t offer me any info.

hello user , i understand your concern. post hysterectomy some females may have symptoms of hot flushes , dizziness , anxiety etc - especially if its a total hysterectomy and ovaries are also removed resulting in hormonal disturbances and which can be treated with hormone replacement therapy if needed. however since in your case more than a year has elapsed so problem may be unrelated too. so you can consult the gynecologist who operated you for better opinion and till then you can consult a physician for symptomatic management.
