What Causes Chills And Inflammation Of Feet Alternatively In Summer And Winter?

Hello, my feet are an issue. In the winter they are freezing, and in the summer burning. I use hot water in the winter with socks, and in the summer I use cold water with wet wash cloths at night. THis only happens at night. I have a thyroid condition.
