What Causes Chills And Nausea Along With Headaches?

I have been feeling off for a month and chalking up to the flu but want to check. usually a very warm guy, the last month my hands and feet are cold, chilled a lot of the time, nauseated at times and a temple headache, appetite is not great and tired.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It may be viral fever or malaria or pneumonia or upper respiratory tract infection etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Take rest, drink plenty of water, use tablet Paracetamol.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and investigate about blood then treat you accordingly.
