What Causes Chills And Pain In The Legs?

Friday night It started with cold chills,The worst cold chills I ever had in my life.So I checked my sugar and it said hi,So I took a isolin shot 35mg then it still was happening so I check again and had to give 30mg more.I was thinking of going to hospital when shaking finally went away,Now for the pain witch started Saturday morning and still feels sore and hurts to the touch is my right leg and I mean it s runs down from the back of my knee to heel.It even hurt if I move it on the bed sheets.

* Pertaining to high blood sugar, it can be possible micro vascular circulatory changes which is giving pain the legs and the same should be evaluated with a doppler ultrasound for the peripheral circulatory changes.
