Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I get chills every afternoon and feel tired. Later in the evening I feel quite warm, but don t really sweat. I fatigue easily in general - eg. I feel bushed after a walk or a trip to the grocery store, etc. I am 74 years old. Is this a symptom of anything I can rectify?
Hi, from histroy it seems that you might be having some infection in the body, bacterial or viral. Urinary tract infection is common to give these type of symptoms like fatigue, chills, warmness etc. If you are male then having some infection in your prostate is also common. Go for blood count like TC, DC, Malarial parasite. Go for routine urine check up. After report go for treatment accordingly. Take plenty of water and light diet. Take ibuprofen or paracetamol as ne3eded for pain and warmness. Ok and take care.
