What Causes Chills, Chattering Teeth And Night Sweats?
Two days ago, I had a heart cath and was released two hours later. Three to four hours later at home, the problems started. Chills, chattering teeth, 103 temp. During the night, I had the sweats so badly my pillow was soaked. Now, I have a temp of 95.5. Please tell me the worst is over. Thank you.

Hi,
This might suggest a transient febrile reaction to the procedure, or an infection like viral fever. Take rest, drink enough fluids and take Acetaminophen for 3 days. If mo relief by then, kindly discuss with your doctor for further evaluation.
