Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
Features seem to be due to urine infection.
I would advise you to get your urine analysis done & if possible a culture & sensitivity of the urine is also recommended.
Based on the report of the culture and sensitivity your doctor will prescribe you appropriate antibiotic.

Meanwhile you may take Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) tablets 3 times daily along with plenty of oral fluids, juices, and soft diet.

Hope this answers your query.
