What Causes Chills Followed By Fever, Pain In Chest And Arm?
I have a friend and she just started shaking and is saying that she is freezing but she does feel cold to tyhe touch and she does not have a fever. This has hapened before and she says she gets a fever afterward and her chest and arm sometimes hurts. right now we have her covered up and drinking something hot but it is not wrking

From history it seems that your friend might be having viral fever giving rise to fever, riggers and malaise.
Give her paracetamol type of tablet.
Give plenty of water.
Give her light diet.
