What Causes Chills, Night Sweats And Difficulty In Sleeping?

Hi Dr. Rynne- I have both Rheumatoid and Osteo Arthritis. The last six weeks have given me loads of stress which are now pretty much over. I ve been so cold (especially in the evenings) that my teeth chatter...first times in my life! Then I ve been having sleeping trouble and sweating at night. Stress issues?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to stress.

I suggest to follow a healthy lifestyle.

I recommend eating healthy and drinking liquids.

I also suggest to sleep at least 7 hours at night.

I recommend to take a vitamin B supplement which supports the nervous system.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
