What Causes Chills Post Intake Of Medicine For Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?

I was suffering with stomache and loose motion in morning then after taking electral powder and tablet for loose motion which was given by my office medical attendees.After coming home I consulted with my doctor he suggested econorm and meftal,I took evonorm after my dinner and my pain again started and now at midnight I am continously shivring.so is this a side effect of econorm and what should be taken now?

Hi,
From history it seems that your problem of having shevering, fever might be due to having gastro-intestinal infection and not due to medicine.
Take plenty of water and ORS water.
Continue taking Meftal for pain and shevering.
Take light diet.
Ok and take care.
